In some cases, we give more than one version of a document.
The "original" version is the one that existed at the time of
acceptance of our paper, and the "current" version is the one
that exists now. The current version may or may not be the
same as the original version.

Note that the translation (provided by Doron Witztum) has at
least one serious error. In section (d) we read
Accordingly, I distinguished
between these names. I consider his name to be Rabbi Yehoshua,
while his appellation is Rabbi Hoeschel.
However, the actual meaning of the Hebrew (according to a
professional translator) is
Therefore I separated them, and in the space left
for the form "Rabbi X," I marked "Rabbi Yehoshua,"
and in the space left for an appellation I marked
"Rabbi Heshil".
Havlin is clearly describing the filling in of a table with
specified column headings (just like the one that appears
in the original preprint of WRR). We don't know if Witztum
is trying to cover this up on purpose, but we will note
that providing Havlin with such a table to fill in would
have constituted a serious bias to his work. For example,
it would have forced him to use "Rabbi" instead of
"Rav" - a choice that was very important for the first list.
