Registration
Registration for IWOMP 2013 is scheduled to open on the 10th of May 2013.
To facilitate participants obtaining visas, this event has been registered with the Australian Goverment's Department of Immigration and Citizenship. More infomation about visas can obtained from http://www.immi.gov.au/visitors/event-organisers-participants/
Please note the following:
- To facilitate visa processing with the relevant Australian overseas visa office, the local coordination committee may liaise with the Department of Immigration and pass on information about who is registered to attend.
- Australia has health and character requirements, which participants will have to meet as part of the visa application process.
- Participants should lodge visa applications at least 6–8 weeks before their intended date of travel to Australia (or two weeks for online visa applications).
- If you are not from an eVisitor or ETA eligible country then we are happy to provide you with a letter that confirms your registration (please contact Eric McCreath who is a member of the local coordination committee).
Registration Fees
All fees are inclusive of 10% GST and are in Australian Dollars. Dates are given in "dd/mm/yyyy" format. The workshop (or combined) registration fee includes: light lunch on days you are registered for, coffee breaks, a copy of the workshop proceedings, and a banquet ticket. The tutorial-only registration includes the light lunch and coffee breaks on the day of the tutorial. Extra banquet tickets may be purchased separately.

ARB Members need only register for the normal workshop/tutorial. If you are uncertain if you qualify as a NCI/CSIRO Approved Scholarship Holder, please contact Josh Milthorpe on the local coordination committee.
Note for authors: Accepted papers may not be included in the proceedings unless one of the authors completes the registration procedure by early registration deadline.
Students are required to show their student ID (or a letter from their supervisor stating that they are an enrolled student within their university) at the registration desk when they pickup their information pack on the first day of the workshop (or tutorial if they are also attending that).
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, please send a written notification of cancellation to Eric McCreath before the 2nd of September 2013. Registration fees will not be refunded after the 2nd of September 2013. Note that, refunds will be made after a 20% cancellation fee is deducted. If you are the author of the papers listed on the workshop proceedings, your registration fee will not be refunded. All refunds will be made after the workshop.
