Author information

IWOMP 2013 will publish formal proceedings of the accepted papers in Springer Verlag's Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.

Submitted papers for review should be limited to 12 pages and follow LNCS guidelines. Submission deadline is April 26, 2013. Submit your paper to: http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iwomp2013.

Authors of accepted papers will be asked to prepare a final paper of up to 15 pages. Papers accepted for publication must also be supplied in source form—preferrably as LaTeX files in addition to the PDF file.

Submission of Final Version of Accepted Papers

Format your paper according to LNCS style (LaTeX macros as well as Microsoft Word style sheets are available on the Springer Verlag website). Full papers should not exceed 15 pages, including figures, tables and references.

Then, in the following order and using http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=iwomp2013 submit the following as new versions of your paper (you will need to make multiple submissions of new versions, although you can just make one submit and include everything in the tar file):

  • The final pdf version of your paper (if not done so already).
  • A copyright form that you have printed, signed (no digital signatures) and scanned to a PDF document (.pdf file). The Volume Editors are "A.P. Rendell, B. Chapman and M Mueller". The volume number will be 8122.
  • The source file for your paper, EITHER as a word (.doc or .docx file) file OR all latex files in a suitable directory as a compressed tar file (.tgz) which includes a README file detailing how to build the pdf version.
  • Email Alistair.Rendell@anu.edu.au to say that you have completed all your uploads.

Deadline: As soon as possible, but by July 4, 2013 at latest.
