HLAB activites involve both preparation before the lab session as well as practical activities in the lab session. Each HLAB is marked out of 10 (or 20), as follows:
You must register with your tutor on arrival (on time) and show all preparation work in your notebook.
You must show your notebook to your tutor before you leave, and check that your marks are correctly recorded. Your workplace must be clean with all parts returned and equipment turned off.
Preparation must be completed before coming into the lab. This includes all designs and simulations.
Your notebooks must be kept at the standard described in section 1.2.
