  • Status on individual activities


  • ChrisG has finished populating one of the new amplifier boards.  David and Harley have finished the amplifier enclosure design.  David has finally gotten the PPC board to download a kernel via PPP and boot.  No support for ethernet booting as yet.
    Ian has been bending aluminum.  Chanop has been collecting motor data and found that the top motor speed is between 1650-1850 RPM.  Wayne has been working on the pool setup.  He will borrow a load cell from Bernard Rolf.  Wayne will set the new bearing from the worn motor and is expecting a new shaft soon.  ChrisM is working on GUI layout and has heard back from a few of the places he contacted regarding their operator interfaces.  Ian is also working on porting the edge detector and calibration code.  Terence is implementing the digital I/O for the ADIO board.
