Ad hoc queries
In addition to the generation of statistical tables for the High Court's annual report (discussed above), the system allows the use of Notes's full text searching capabilities to generate ad hoc queries. Whilst packages exist which allow powerful statistical analysis of Notes databases the Registry's needs have to date been met by Notes's simple search interface which allows the user to construct, and save for future use, complex search queries.
