I put all my assignments online, and you may download it freely. There are three copyright considerations for other materials:
1. If lecture notes, tutorials and assignment reference solutions were publicly available at the time of the course, then I will also put them here.
2. If these materials were available with in a restricted access, I will mention them only. But if you are really interested, please send me an email to request and cc to the lecturer. Explain your interest and request approval from the lecturer.
3. The assignments here are only done by myself. So there are definitely (many) mistakes. I am not responsible for any consequence.

Note: All 'Pass' grade courses are required by PhD Qualifying Exam (QE), and are graded on a Pass/Fail basis. Believe it or not, passing PhD QE is a graduating requirement for Master's degree in School of Computing, NUS for my intake (a rule stipulated by this guy). Later, they themselves felt it does not sound good, so they changed the name QE paper to Graduate Research Paper.
