Serafina's main board outside the hull
Components from left to right on the main board above:
    • Serial line connector for debugging and loading
    • Sonar module
    • CPU module
    • Compass module
    • Linear accelerometers (four axis)
    • Motor controllers (six controllers, five employed on board Serafina)

The main CPU specifications:
    • PowerPC core & FPU, BBC at 40 MHz (power dissipation: 1 W)
    • RAM internal: 448 kB flash, 26 kB static
    • RAM external: 1MB static
  • Real-time processing: three independent time processing units (dedicated real-time µcontrollers)
  • Timers: 22 channels
  • Analogue-digital conversion: 32 channels, 10 bit resolution, 250 kHz
  • NEXUS debugging port
  • Serial interfaces

    ... all other features (like to toucan modules for instance) of this CPU module are not employed on board Serafina.
