BLAS on Version 8 SPARCS

This work is part of ACSys-1 CRC and the ANU-Fujitsu CAP Project.

SPARC-1 tuned Fortran BLAS , only single & double level-3 routines have been optimized (compressed archive file)
double precision Fortran BLAS tuned for Sparc 1 (128KB cache), rectangular level 1, 2 & 3 routines only (compressed archive file)
double precision Fortran BLAS for SunOS Sparc 10 (16KB cache), rectangular level 1, 2 & 3 routines only (compressed archive file)
