Final Manuscript Preparation and Submission

Dear Author,

Click here to view the postscript version of the instructions for
preparing the final manuscript. If you do not have a postscript
viewer, you can request a hardcopy of the instructions.

The following three files were used to create the document above:

IJFCS.sty
IJFCS.tex
IJFCSfig.eps

Please use these as a template in preparing your final manuscript.
Follow EXACTLY the instructions as any deviation will cause delay.

Note: In your final manuscript, leave the "received date", "revised
date", and "Editor's name" blank.  These items will be inserted later by
the Editor handling your paper.

After you have prepared the final version of your paper, you need to
submit the following items:

   1. The LaTeX version of the paper.
   2. The PostScript version of the paper.
   3. PostScript versions (eps is fine, too) of all the figures.

In order to handle all the accepted papers in a uniform way,
follow the following steps:

   A. Put the files 1, 2, and 3 above in a new directory, say, foo
   B. In the parent directory do:
            tar cf - foo | gzip > foo.tar.gz
   C. In the same directory do:
            uuencode foo.tar.gz foo.tar.gz > foo.tar.gz.uu

Once you have completed the steps above, please email the file
foo.tar.gz.uu

For Regular papers, To: Mr. Steven Patt at spatt@wspc.com.sg

For Special Issue papers, To: The Special Issue Guest Editor

For Regular papers, please also send a copy of the postscript file to
the Editor (Chief or Managing) who handled your paper.
