Exercise. Create a Xilinx schematic project and enter the circuit diagram implementing the up/down/stop counter (given in the lecture notes, Chapter 4). You will implement and test this design in hardware in HLAB3. Please refer to the table in HLAB3 (Chapter 11.5.1).
