To obtain the Bode diagrams, you will need to make a table of careful measurements listing the magnitudes of the input and output waveforms, as well as the phase difference between them. Measurements should be made for a range of frequency values - you are to decide the values (of course, more measurements are required near any features of interest - e.g. 3 dB point).
A suitable magnitude for the input waveform would be 0.5 V peak-peak.
